Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or ordering a service on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the contract

The scope of these GTC covers products and/or services provided through the website operated by the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.

 

3. Order process

  1. The Customer selects the desired product or service.

  2. By clicking the "Order" or "Buy" button, you submit your order.

  3. The Service Provider will confirm receipt of the order by e-mail.

  4. The contract is hereby concluded.

 

4. Prices and payment terms

  • The prices shown are gross prices, i.e. they include VAT (if the business is VAT registered).

6. Right of withdrawal (only mandatory for private buyers!)

The Customer (if a consumer) has a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.):

  • The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the product (in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract).

  • The intention to withdraw must be notified by email or post.

  • The product must be returned in undamaged condition.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.

  • The Service Provider will refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant!):

  • Custom-made products

  • Digital content, if performance has begun and the consumer has cancelled it

 

7. Complaints handling

  • The Customer may file a complaint at the Service Provider's contact details.

  • The Service Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be remedied, the Buyer may contact a conciliation board.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • for any technical errors that may occur on the site

  • for misunderstandings caused by the customer's fault

  • for performance problems resulting from incorrect data entry

 

9. Copyright

All content of the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

 

10. Other provisions

  • The contract is concluded electronically, the document is not filed.

  • The contract is governed by Hungarian law.

  • The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC, which does not affect previous orders.
